RAPID Drugs Amnesty Bin

RAPID Drugs amnesty bins are designed to allow the public to dispose of unwanted or unused drugs (whether prescribed or illegal), ensuring that they are out of harm's way for good.

In Northern Ireland, the RAPID project is administered by Police & Community Partnership groups, with bins being strategically located in places designed to offer anonymity to the person making the deposit. Police routinely empty the bins, and record information on the drugs deposited.
